【Production Requirements】
- Each plushie design (Soap & Ghost) requires a minimum of 30 pre-orders to begin mass production.
- If the goal of 30 orders is not reached by the end of the pre-order period, the period will be automatically extended by one month until the goal is met. If the goal cannot be met by the end of Aug 2026, all orders will be refunded.
Updates will be announced on X (Twitter) and sent via email.

Please note: Refunds will not be accepted due to delays in the mass production process.

- Production is expected to take 3–4 months after the pre-order period ends.
- Delays may occur depending on the manufacturer’s schedule.
- Customers will be notified by email if any delays arise.

- Estimated shipping: Late January to early February 2026.

- Customers will be kept updated if there are any changes.

【About Shipping】
- It takes about 1 week for the plushies to arrive from the manufacturer to us.
- Orders will be shipped via Air Mail (Hong Kong Post) within 1 week after we receive the plushies.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs or postal service delays, and cannot be guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees required by their country’s regulations. These are not collected or covered by us, and we are not liable for any charges incurred upon delivery.
- Please check your local import policies before placing an order.
